Our knowledge and experience includes a diversity of projects and building types providing site development and project management. These include sites with geotechnical-hydrology and engineering challenges from two acres to over 350 acres.
Part of our successful performance has resulted from our understanding and implementation of the "Pre-Construction" Process; facilitated by our technical expertise in "Early" identification of development and construction constraints.
We are proficient and creative in developing options with the client and project team to mitigate unexpected expenses further reduce costs using value engineering.
Our expertise is also evidenced by our understanding of the property entitlement and permitting process, including the sequencing and requirement time lines. We have a "Can Do" diligence for timely processing with government agencies, at the Municipal, County, Public Utilities Districts, and if applicable the OSHPOD and Department of Social Services.
